I signed up to the new windows messenger about 3 days ago, since then I have not been able to sign in.
I have followed all the steps and guess what, they don 't fucking work.
Try to email them and you can't get hold of them.
WHAT A FUCKING SURPRISE!!!!

I know this sounds like a silly question but have you removed the old version?
Failing all else and no reply, just go get a Mac. Their messenger for mac is always bringing up the rear so any bugs are usually sorted out by the time we get it.
