Memories part 2

I was talking to my nan today and she reminded me that when I was a little girl and used to stay at her house, we used to make play-dough.

We also made bread rolls which turned into rock cakes lol.

I took my daughter to nans today, it is my birthday today, so we went and saw the family. My nan and I were talking about her pets. They passed away quite a few years ago.

A long haired tortoise shell cat called Tammy (she had been abused by previous owner so hated anyone younger than 15).

A short haired tabby cat called Tom (my all time favourite pet as a child). He was a dopey lump who loved falling asleep on your lap.

A mongrel called Sophie, who again was the dopiest dog in your life.

All pets very lovable and are sadly missed.

Why am I singing Julie Andrews reading your memories posts?

Altogether now,

Hope you had a good birthday. Pets from my past included a mongrel terrier called Bumbles and a totally nutty springer spaniel called Bilbo Baggins.
