This is a top story on the BBC News website.
In July 615 people are to spend an hour of thier life performing on a plinth in Trafalgar Square.
The sad wanker pictured above will be spending an hour at night pedelling on a fold away pink bicycle trying to light up his special suit.
Whilst an 83 year old pensioner plans to signal with semaphore flags.
More than 13,000 sad losers have applied to take part in this sad event. I really hope it rains on them all.
My real question is, why do people find this is a good way of wasting thier time?
