...or are the police crap?
On my way into town I was made to cross the road and walk in bushes to make sure I wasn't stopped by a 6 foot tall man brandishing a blade.
He ran from behind me, slowed down in front of me and every time I tried to walk around him he moved infront of me.
I met with some friends and told them of my frightening experience, to then be told to call the police.
I rang the police, still shaking and described the man down to the colour boxer shorts he was wearing. I was then asked by the police why I had waited a five to ten minutes to call them.
Not to be funny but I had just seen a man with a knife first thing in the morning and was scared.
I would like any woman walking on her own to see this and think do you know what I will call the police while he is walking right in front of me, or I will stop him for a chat first to get his life history before calling the police, just to make their job easier?
I told them the direction he was walking, what the blade looked like, everything.
I was told by the police that someone would call me back. It has been about 3 months now AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
